  • 新增 User 结构体（models 层）
  • 定义 UserRepository 接口（Create/FindByUsername/FindByID/RefreshToken CRUD）
  • 实现 PostgreSQL UserRepository（pgxpool）
  • 实现内存 UserRepository（sync.RWMutex，测试用）
  • 编写 UserRepository 单元测试（6 个用例，全部通过）
